Hi @alearrett! Thanks for getting in touch.
There is no procedure yet - your translation can be the first one, and we can use your lessons learned to help future translators.
If you want to reuse them in a national conference, would you also want to rename or re-brand the guidelines?
In case you’re open to keep your translation within the AGILE community, I would suggest you simply start with a copy of the Google Doc (maybe even take advantage of the automatic translation?) based on the first version: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1Kc-ToUVcrdsq6aB8Qy2J_rIluFwDniv6GHGtZuPvIEo/edit
When you are finished, I will create a component on OSF for your translation, so we have a DOI and an independent author list (what’s your OSF account?). We can add the Google Doc to the OSF project and publish a PDF snapshot of the first version in that OSF component. My Google account is firstname.lastname@example.org, so if you add me to the document I can make all that happen, and you can focus on the translation.
Does that make sense to you?
